No Refunds on Custom and Handmade Items:

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a claim, we require:

A description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

Upon review, we will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations:

Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun. For ready-to-ship items, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
