REFUND POLICY

At Evergreen + Grace, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade items, many of which are custom and made to order. Please review our refund policy below to ensure you have a clear understanding of how we handle returns and refunds:

  1. No Refunds on Custom and Handmade Items:

    • Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

  2. Damaged Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process a claim, we require:

      • A description of the issue.

      • Photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

    • Upon review, we will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Orders for custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun. For ready-to-ship items, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.
